When I took the t-shirt out of the package, I was shocked, way too small. But when I put it on, it wasn't too bad. I am satisfied, just wait and see how it gets out of the washing machine.
It is nice, can help, especially for me working in front of computer.
In the end it doesn't feel like a girdle but like a T-shirt are size L I bought XL I feel like I the L was better off to pull a little more back and abdomen but the quality is good it came very fast.
